Return Policy

At Violet Vancouver, we do everything we can to keep our customers happy. However, there may be times when you want to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.

Return Policy

- You can only register an item for return after you have physically received it.
- Return shipping costs are entirely at the customer's expense, including international shipping costs.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
- Trying on items is permitted, but wearing them is not.
- Returning products that were intentionally ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some or all of them is not permitted.

Return procedure

1. Notify us of your return within 14 days of receiving the item via info@violetvancouver.com.
2. We will send you the return address of our supplier (based in China).
3. You return the item at your own expense, including any customs fees or shipping costs.
4. We always recommend using a shipping method with track & trace.

Refunds

After we have received the item at the return address and approved the condition of the product, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

- We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking shows that the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.
- If an incorrect address has been provided, this is the responsibility of the customer.
